Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier/SpeedPost/Registered post, with tracking.
If you prefer delivery by a specific carrier, so please contact us for the same before placing your order.
Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
Items are packed very securely to avoid any damage, still if the package arrives damaged, please do not accept it and if you notice the damage after accepting and opening the package, inform us at the earliest, for returns / refund.
Return Policy:
Spectrashop.in unconditionally guarantees all products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are advised to notify us by mail at [email protected] within 2 working days after receiving the order.
- You may return it to us in its original condition within 5 working days of receipt of your order.
- Please note only defective/incorrect items will be replaced with new.
- If the return is due to an error we have made, we will gladly refund the shipping expense to your account
- You can also cancel the order before its dispatched through logging in to the site and send a cancellation request.
- You are not allowed to cancel the item after dispatching it
- You can login to the website and see the My Orders section. In this section you can cancel your order. You can also do a partial cancellation or update your order from this section. You can only able to cancel before the product(s) is shipped.
· You can even mail us to [email protected] for placing your request for order cancellation. You can request for a cancellation before an item is shipped.
Refund Policy
Shopping is safe and secure at spectralshop.in. All credit card/net banking/debit card etc. transactions on spectralshop.in take place through secured Payment Gateway.
For the orders cancelled we will initiate refund through the payment gateway immediately. The actual refund to your account will depend ultimately on your bank which can take up to 3–7 working days.
We will refund the entire amount including the cost of shipping after receiving the product.
